National Board of Accreditation (NBA), A.I.C.T.E., Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India has Awarded Accreditation to Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar in "Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics Communication & Engineering" programmes vide its letter dated 27.07.2006 and "Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, & Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering" programmes vide its latter dated 19.7.2008.
IET, Alwar thus has obtained the honour of becoming the first & only Engineering College of Rajasthan Duly Accredited by NBA.
Accreditation means International Recognition & Guarantee of Quality Education in an Educational Institute.
