National Board of Accreditation (NBA), A.I.C.T.E., Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India has Awarded Accreditation to Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar in "Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics Communication & Engineering" programmes on 27.07.2006 and "Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, & Electronic Instrumentation & Control Engineering" programmes on 19.7.2008. IET, Alwar thus has obtained the Honour of becoming the First Engineering College of Rajasthan Duly Accredited by NBA.
